Since 2004, Kathy Bitschenauer has championed the career success of adult professionals by helping them leverage their unique strengths, special knowledge, wealth of accomplishments, and depth of experience.

Packaging her clients as the candidate of choice is the driving force behind Kathy's research and development of top-tier résumés, cover letters, and marketing documents. Her clients are managers to senior level executives; with careers in a variety of industries including Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Law, Software Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, IT Project Management/Business Management (with the exception of Federal/State Government and Military).

As a caring career coach, Kathy supports her clients' journey through overcoming obstacles to rewarding employment, and moving beyond job loss. She feels deep joy when they regain belief in their value and talents. Her heartfelt desire is for them to create the lifestyle they long for with a career that is just right for them.

Professionally, Kathy applies her research and writing skills in several venues. She currently enjoys composing a weekly column for the Career Management Alliance "E-Bridge" newsletter; and has delighted in providing research and editing services to career authors. She has thoroughly enjoyed reading new career books and crafting professional reviews for the Career Planning & Adult Development Network Journal (CAPD).
