Caitlin Williams, Ph.D. is a career development professional, recognized keynote speaker and workshop leader who helps organizations and individuals prepare for what's next in the workplace. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Counselor Education at San Jose State University, where she teaches graduate courses on career development theory and practice, advises students and researches career and workplace topics. Her current research interests include international workforce development issues for midlife workers and the professional development of career practitioners.
