CAREER PROFILE

Caitlin Williams, Ph.D. is a career development professional, recognized keynote speaker and workshop leader who helps organizations and individuals prepare for what's next in the workplace. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Counselor Education at San Jose State University, where she teaches graduate courses on career development theory and practice, advises students and researches career and workplace topics.  Her current research interests include international workforce development issues for midlife workers and the professional development of career practitioners.

Offering 25+ years' experience, Caitlin speaks most frequently on topics related to workforce and workplace issues, career and professional development, boomer opportunities and female executive development. Organizations bring Caitlin in to motivate, coach, and help re-engage their workers.  Individuals seek Caitlin for guidance on exploring their options for transitioning into new careers and for help in crafting richer, deeper lives for themselves.
